Hopped exclusively with fresh Motueka hops from New Zealand and subtly spiced with Indian coriander and Florida orange zest. Citrusy, tropical, tart, and moderately oaked with a refreshing finish. Fermented and aged in large French Oak puncheons that previously held red wine.
