Description: Our Farmhouse Pils is brewed similar to a Dortmunder Pils. We use German Barke Pilsner malt and German Mittelfruh hops, and employ a single decoction. Fermentation starts in the low 40s with a German lager yeast and is allowed to free rise in our non-glycol jacketed tanks. Cold lagered for one month, naturally carbonated, and unfiltered.
