Description: This wild IPA was brewed with imported Pilsner, malted wheat, and flaked oats. Heavily hopped in the kettle with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra and open fermented in stainless steel with our house mixed culture and ambient microbes. Aged in French oak puncheons and dry hopped with Citra before refermenting Marionberries. This unique beer pours fluorescent red with ample pink foam and has tropical notes of mango and passionfruit intertwined with blackberries, blueberries, and lime zest. Our mixed culture provides mellow Brett funk and soft acidity.
