Created with an immense amount of English caramel malts and a touch of chocolate malt, this beer is full bodied and silky smooth with a slightly tart finish. Uppercase Poems / Italian Marsala Barrel This version of Uppercase Poems was first aged in a heavy char American Oak cask before finishing in an Italian Marsala wine barrel. The Italian Marsala barrel amplifies the dark fruit notes contributed by our yeast while lending vinous notes to this very wine-like still beer.
