Description: "Our American IPA. We use hops. Lots and lots of hops. Uneconomical amounts of hops to be quite frank. We use the hops inefficiently to maximise the aroma and flavour we extract without turning this beer into something aggressively bitter. 12 different hops in perfect harmony, the result is a huge, glorious hop presence, both in aroma and flavour. Yes there is bitterness at the back end but it will never overwhelm your palate, just make it thirst for another swig."
