Blended after fermentation, Albus Oryza is 50% two OEC beers (Albus, an experimental/ancient Gose and Salsus, an experimental/ancient spiced White Ale) and 50% Kikusakari Harumachitsuki namasake (raw sake) from Japan’s legendary Kiuchi Brewery, makers of Hitachino Nest beers and sake brewers since 1823. 10.5% ABV.
