This version of Experimentalis With Plums is a blend of 1 & 2 year old ales matured on our orchard plums (We have 3 different varieties: Burgundy, Methley & Satusma) in Cabernet Sauvignon (Gandona Vineyards, St. Helena, CA) barrels.
