Description: For our first ever 500 ml bottle, we took 2015 Chili Chocolate Gold Cup and mellowed it out with a 9 month conditioning in steel tanks. We then transferred it to Caroline, a 9-Year Select Bourbon Barrel we got from our friends at A. Smith Bowman. The beer spent 6 months in that barrel picking up flavor and aroma to compliment the smokey chili and chocolate flavors you’d expect from Chili Chocolate Gold Cup.
