Description: e used only Vienna malt and Willamette hops. The Willamette hop was bred from English Fuggle but is grown in the US. It is known as an aroma variety although we used it for all hop additions in this beer (bittering, flavor, aroma). It was released into the market in 1976 and is currently the most widely grown aroma hop in the US. It is mild and pleasant with slightly spicy and floral tones. The beer is simple with the use of only Vienna malt, but that allows the hops to shine through, and it comes in around 4.7% alcohol by volume.
