Description: This limited release was brewed back in the winter of 2017 and aged approximately 6 months in Old Forester barrels. This brew boasts a massively rich, soft, and complex malt character due in part to the use of 12 different malts. This is more than triple our normal mix of grain. Look for notes of vanilla, dark fruits such as raisin and plum, notes of toasted marshmallow, and just enough bourbon character to make you smile. Look for quarterly releases.
