Description: Brewmaster Matthew Horney, a former Brewer at Terrapin, joined up with his former boss, Brewmaster, and Owner of Terrapin Beer Co. to create this malty, roasty, hoppy, and citrusy IPA. The zest from some 175 pounds of local Louisiana Blood Oranges was collected and added at the end of boil. Look for a complex malt profile with a slight roasty character paired with a floral/citrus hop aroma and flavor. The addition of the Blood Oranges wrap up with an elevated citrus flavor. Smooth...hoppy...and flavor rich!
