Description: During our teenage years, we had our fair share of commercial pilsners on our memorable visits to legendary Glapasides beach (Famagusta) in Cyprus. Although refreshing, we always felt something was missing. We wanted to create a pilsner for hop lovers that was a bit more complex and exciting. Our pilsner is just that, with a grapefruit,pine, and citrus aroma, subtle bready malt sweetness and a resinous hop profile. This beer is dedicated in loving memory of our German shepherd "Igor" R.I.P
