Description: When the Covid pandemic hit, there were more people affected than meets the eye. Girl Scouts everywhere were having trouble selling the last of their cookies while trying to keep their family, friends, and the community safe by social distancing. Oozlefinch owner, Russ, didn't bat an eye and bought all the cookies we could muster from a local troop. The first stout in the Scout Promise series is made with Samoa cookies as well as a plethora of other specialty ingredients to enhance flavor and aroma. Quadruple brewed to fill a 30 barrel tank, this stout rings in at 9.5% and was loaded with all of the Samoa cookies that dreams are made of and finished with loads of toasted coconut, rich caramel, and chocolate in the boil/fermenter. This beer brings you the best of all stout worlds. Sweet, slightly boozy, but finishes light enough to trick you into having three or four more...just like those tricky cookies.
