Description: The 25th installment of Orchid Island Brewery’s "Grove to Glass Craft Beer Project" and was brewed to celebrate the brewery’s 2nd Anniversary. This citrus-forward Triple IPA is brewed with loads of malts and boatloads of Chinook, Lemon Drop and Galaxy hops, accompanied by 4 pounds of Indian River County-grown Honeybell, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Pink Lemon, and Key Lime zest per barrel. Specs: 11.4 ABV - 1.092 OG - 100 IBUs - 4000 International Citrus Units (ICUs). *Brewers Note - This is a different recipe than the beer we released at our and Anniversary Party in 2015. If you ordered a glass of OIB's Spectrum after July of 2016, then this is the correct beer for your check-in and/or rating.
