Description: Made with the collaboration, input and encouragement from our friends Morgan from Cloud and Kelly's, Curtis from Bombs Away Cafe, Morgan from Les Caves, Jay from 5th Street Growlers, and Nico from the Old World Deli. Our interpretation of the Corvallian Winter Ale draws inspiration from English Barleywine and Brown Ale, Belgian Witbier, Cascadian Dark Ale, and Braggot. Special roasted and caramel malt with a kiss of local honey provide a warming comfort from the cold weather outside, and the citrusy hops and whole fresh oranges added in the kettle make for a pleasant reminder of the bright summer days to come.
