Description: American Pale Ale that we brew for New Year celebration is great example of hoppy artwork, that is displayed in nice bright spicy orange blossom aroma, together with fairly strong tingling from bitter hops. Simple malt bill, like crisp Maris Otter and some Wheat and Munich, makes medium body beer, topped with aromatic white steady foam. California Ale yeast gently accentuates clean hop aromas and makes medium alcohol content beverage. Introducing such beer, we want to bring the happiness which was attending during whole process, from mashing to dry hopping. Hoppiness that the New Year begins!!! Cheers everyone!!!
