Description: A light bodied, tart and refreshing sour blonde ale refermented in French oak barrels and aged on plenty of Wisconsin cranberries. Central Wisconsin is cranberry country, so it was easy to fall in love with the idea of aging our insanely tart sour ale on this beloved super fruit. We used two pounds of cranberries per gallon for maximum pucker factor. This is what taking chances is all about.... Going all out and ending up with something this wonderful.
