Description: Last March we got together with our friends 3 Stars Brewing Company to brew the follow up to Ricky Rose, called Meek Millet, a wheat, buckwheat and millet saison fermented and aged in one of our foudre.This version is blended with a with a barrel that was fermented with 12 strains of brettanomyces. Its a slightly tart and brighter version of the original, but still allows the millet and buckwheat to shine.
