Description: Brewed in collaboration with Yeast of Eden in September of 2019 using local pilsner malt, organic white wheat, and raw red wheat. After primary fermentation in stainless steel with saison yeast, Olora was conditioned in French and Hungarian oak barrels using both our house cultures and a significant amount of fresh, local honeycomb. This portion was further conditioned on Cabernet Franc pomace.
