Description: Summer means blueberry season in Connecticut, and what better way to celebrate than with a beer? Because everything is better with a beer. We brewed Sweet Summer, our sessionable summer ale, with blueberries and honey, then added cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel because, well, we can. The simple malt base and minimal hop additions allow the blueberries and honey to pop, but they are kept in check by a dry finish from our house English ale yeast.
