Description: A very special release for St. Paddy’s Day. We crafted a classic Irish Red Ale and then Fire-Stoned it. This means the we took chunks of granite stone, super heated them to about 550F, and then threw them into the kettle. The malt sugars caramelized on the stones and infused the beer with wonderful caramel notes that you can’t achieve any other way. It’s got great flavor complexity and yet, a dry finish, which makes it very quaffable. Fired Stoned Irish Ale goes with our classic pub foods like Corned Beef & Cabbage, Burgers, and Beer Brats.
