Description: For the Heralded Nocturnes project, we took a traditional grain recipe for a Märzen style beer and spun our own non-conforming traditional twists. Rich, abundant and lavish, this beer was fermented with a hybrid yeast yielding 7.4% ABV! Bound in zealous Bordeaux Barrels, this beer ripened into a full-blown Autumn Blossom. Wafting fallen leaves, Bordeaux stained American Oak, subtle vanilla and languishing fruit. Drinking into a raucous spicy, vinous, toasted malt, ripe fruit, oak barrel climax, finishing dry, crisp and fleeting.
