Description: This unique hop-forward pilsner combines the clean, and crisp finish that one would expect with a pilsner with a bold floral hop aroma that is accented perfectly by the subtly of the malt bill. This beer uses a combination of Santiam and Glacier Hops to create a bold aroma and flavor that is uniquely Pelican. Obvious earthy, melon, and honeysuckle-like aromas from the hops are balanced by the pale malt flavors throughout this beer. A glowing yellow and golden color and nice white foam on the head gives this pilsner a traditional look and drinkability with a bold hop finish and substantial warming effect from the 7.0% ABV.
