Description: R&D release brewed in collaboration with Stan Hieronymus. The grist was composed of 2-row barley, wheat and munich malt. Hallertau, Amarillo and Mosaic hops were added to the kettle while Motueka and Mosaic were utilized in the dry hop. Fermented with our primary Belgian yeast. Release on 1/31/13.
