Description: Shot in the Cascadian Dark Ale is a deceivingly dark, but lighter bodied beer brewed with 5 different hop varieties, and dry-hopped with Zythos and Ahtanum. It has a sweet and hoppy aroma, while the flavor is a delicate balance between roasty, chocolaty, floral and piney. This "shot in the dark" batch is the first beer designed and brewed by our new quality control team member (and first female brewer), Johanna.
