Description: Sunken Dreams is Pinnora Brewing’s latest New England style DIPA. Despite being another East Coast inspired beer, this has its roots firmly located in West Coast Oregon, due to its reliance on one of our new favourite hops. Strata isn’t a typical New England hop, with its dank, herbal properties - but paired with copious amounts of Citra & Idaho 7 and our ever-improving water profile and soft base malts – we feel this beer really meets the style and oozes stone fruit and tropical notes - while remaining smooth and restrained, despite its strength.
