Description: Bottom fermentation, medium full and medium bitter whole malt beer. Vienna lager and Bavarian Märzen were the inspiration for its composition. The color is closer to Märzen and the bitterness closer to Vienna lager. Märzen, Czech March beer, used to be cooked in March, which is still rather cold. Nowadays we have mechanical cooling and, therefore, we cook amber all year round. Spodně kvašené, středně plné a středně hořké celosladové pivo. Inspirací pro sestavení této receptury nám byl Vienna lager a bavorský Märzen. Barvou má blíže k Märzenu a hořkostí k Vienna lager. Märzen, česky březňák, je pivo, které se dříve vařilo v březnu, kdy je ještě relativně chladno. Dnes máme strojní chlazení, a tak vaříme jantar celoročně.
