Description: A dark wild ale with 400lbs of Mead Orchards Tart Balaton Cherries briefly aged in Hillrock Estate Distillery Double Rye barrels. NY organic Rye, Wheat, & Barley were custom roasted & cold steeped to maintain a lot of dark chocolate, nutty, & coffee aromas. It's very reminiscent of a tart chocolate-covered cherry with subtle Rye Whiskey notes.
