Description: Brewmaster Brian is experimenting with something new in his Small Batch Series beers. These beers are not meant to be the best, most complex beers in the world. They are meant to be experiments with ingredients or processes that may be unfamiliar to Brian and his German brewing education. Small Batch Series #3 is a Red Rye IPA. Well hopped with lots of citruses from the use of Cascade and Chinook hops along with a moderately spicy rye note balance a plump, sweet caramel and toffee malt backing.
