Description: We’re all about the smashable pale ales here at Polly’s; beers with maximum flavour profile but sensible strengths. Cryo Victors came about when we were lucky enough to happen upon some Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Citra in our hop contract. Already acutely aware of how well these two hops work together, we decided to pull the absolute max flavour we possibly could out of these two incredible varietals, with 15kg added in the dry hop; the equivalent of 30kg of our usual pellet hops for a tropical explosion of a pale ale.
