The name is a mouthful, just like our medium bodied, nutty brown ale! With a creamy mouthfeel and a ton of dry roasted pecan meal, Midnight Sliver transports you to Thanksgiving Day without the food coma! Pontoon uses real dry roasted pecan meal in the mash and secondary to give some pie crust flavor and uses real cinnamon and vanilla to balance out the Pecan Pie flavor! Not too sweet, not to filing, Midnight Sliver will have you going back for more! Allow the beer to warm up to 45 degrees or so in order to get the full effect!
