Description: When Breakside Brewery gave us freshly emptied barrels used for their rich Baltic Porter “Cultivating Mass,” we gave them an ocular patdown and cleared them for this years’ awesome Coffee Beer Invitational project. We packed each barrel with Marigold Coffee’s nutty espresso and cacao nibs, then topped them off with our bone dry cider made with 100% NW apples. Malolactic fermentation gives the cider a rounded, creamy mouthfeel that makes the drinking smooth. Raise a glass, to the Sheriff of Paddy’s Pub!
