Description: Primitive Beer and Amalgam Brewing lovingly teamed up to create Friends With Blendefits, an expressive yet balanced blend of beers, bottle conditioned on a variety of priming sugars. A single puncheon of Primitive’s spontaneous beer was blended in equal parts with a select puncheon of Amalgam’s mixed-culture golden sour and then divided into three treatments. This treatment of the collaborative blend was conditioned with Primitive’s favorite local rustic Alfalfa Honey from Bee Squared Apiaries. Lively carbonation pushes out a big nose of fresh cut flowers, sun-warmed hay, and spring breezes. Delicate and floral, this blend has bright notes of pineapple and black tea with honey.
