Description: We're really excited to be using local hops in our new wet-hopped wheat beer. These Cascade-variety hops were grown at Okubo Farms in West Jordan, Utah for the first time this year, and we were able to acquire 20 pounds to add fresh to the kettle. These wet-hopped beers are truly seasonal as they have to be brewed within 24 hours of the hops being picked, or the oils and flavor compounds will start to degrade. The result is a wonderfully drinkable wheat ale with a refreshingly green hop presence, without substantial bitterness. Get it while it's fresh!
