Description: Batch #4 of Corylus, our luxurious imperial BBA stout, is here! This velvety, full-bodied brew rested in a blend of Breckenridge and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for an average of 14 months, establishing a unique complexity. To top it off, we added organic toasted Oregon hazelnuts, organic Peruvian cacao, and organic Nicaraguan coffee. Elements of each adjunct come together beautifully to create an unforgettable experience for the senses. Expect to be greeted with aromas of chocolate hazelnut mousse, bourbon, and brown sugar cookies that give way to decadent flavors of dark chocolate fudge, toasted hazelnuts, and espresso on the tongue.
