Description: Introducing Royal Jupiter, our newest adjunct BBA imperial stout featuring organic candied walnuts and marshmallow. This brew is a blend of bourbon barrel-aged stouts: two-thirds of the batch luxuriated in Redemption Rye and Woodford Reserve Wheated Whiskey barrels for 15 months, and the remaining third found its home in 1910 Old Forester barrels for 11 months. It was our first venture into these specialty barrels, and the result is nothing short of astounding. Its aroma is a rich blend of walnut chocolate fudge, marshmallow, and warm cinnamon; its flavor profile offers decadent chocolate ganache, walnut butter, and toasted oak with a subtle chai spice undertone. Named after the god Jupiter, to whom the walnut was dedicated in Roman mythology, Royal Jupiter is a celestial delight, welcoming you to savor its complexity sip by sip.
