Aged in wine barrels and bottle conditioned with local wildflower honey and wild sage picked from the Oxnard hills behind Casa Agria. Golden straw in color, bright and aromatic, with light notes of sage on the nose. Highly effervescent, with a deep complex finish from wildflower honey from Mikolich Farms in Temecula. Flavors of pineapple, pomme fruit, and a light barnyard funk linger on the palate, with a refined tartness.
