Description: Award-winning Mad Goose is a zesty pale ale with refreshing citrus finish, inspired by our own fearsome feathered friend. Her hiss was far worse than her bite except for around mating season when it was best to stay inside for another well earnt beer. Brewed with Maris Otter Malt, Caragold and Wheat Malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade aroma hops. Light copper in colour with a great zesty hop character with citrus overtone.
