Description: Same grain bill and 2 grams/litre of Himalayan salt just as in our classic Tomato gose Plaadimeri but this time we come with a heavy load of strawberry purée instead! Our salty Strawberry Smooch was soured for 24 hours with keffir yoghurt and then fermented with kölsch yeast for a smooth acidity and a clean fermentation profile and to let all the Strawberries Smooch you. NO HOPS! NO LACTOSE!
