Together, we brewed Calumet (translates to peace pipe), a 5% strawberry rhubarb Grisette. Not familiar with this style? Well, Grisette, a now dead style and was known in its prime as the drink of the Belgian miners, while its close cousin, the Saison , was known as the drink of the Belgian farmers. Both brewmasters were inspired with reviving a style that beer consumers may not have come in contact with before. Expect farmhouse notes with some sweet and tart flavors on this beer perfect for spring.
