Description: Brewed as a traditional “West Coast” style IPA, our house IPA is light in color from a simple malt bill of American 2-row and Maris Otter, with a touch of wheat malt for body. The star of this beer is certainly the hops, and we use Falconer's Flight 7C's, Centennial, and a touch of Simcoe as our flavor and aroma hops. Our English ale house yeast leaves a slightly sweet finish to balance the bitterness from the hops and make this a very drinkable IPA.
