Description: This traditional dry Irish stout uses a simple recipe of British pale malt, roasted barley, and flaked barley for body. This beer is bittered with Perle hops and fermented with our house ESB yeast. Contrary to popular belief, modern stouts are not necessarily "strong" in alcohol (although the original stouts were, hence the name), but we feel the flavor profile is assertively complex. At 4.5% ABV you can have an incredibly flavorful beer without consuming too much.
