Description: The 12th edition of our rare and experimental small batch release is a Rye Saison with Brettanomyces. We blended together barrels of one year aged Belgian Blonde ale that was inoculated with a fourth generation of our house sour barrels. The beer was so balanced and delicious that we decided against adding any fruit. You'll notice a hint of herbal spice, a sweet body, and a subtle tartness. It will finish earthy and dry with a touch of pleasant funk.
