It pays homage to the old world, while also channeling the new age of brewing through the use of Classic Belgian Abbey Ale yeast, Chinook hops and Caramunich 2, Special W malts in addition to our American 2 Row base malt. The result is a beautiful elegant quad, that imparts both smooth toffee notes but also packs a punch. Welcome to our One Great City!
