Description: Bold and malty, Bagheera Black Ale has a sweet and mildly roasty beginning, but finishes effervescent with a hoppy earthiness that disappears like a panther in the night. Hopped all the way through with Chinook hops, and finished with a Columbus dry hop, Bagheera has a bite, but it's toned down with the help of an English yeast strain. This ale is perplexing. It doesn't fit in any style categories or guidelines. It's just good, and we like it that way.
