Description: Bright-Bubbly-Tart: Utah's first barrel aged beer! Rêve means "dream" in French. In an attempt to make our dream a reality, we crafted a traditional tripel ale using Belgian candi sugar. After placing our tripel in French Chardonnay barrels, it was inoculated with Brettanomyces & left to mature for 12 months. Finally, the brew was blended & bottle conditioned using Champagne yeast. Our Rêve has dreamy flavors of plum, sour candy, and white wine.
