Description: Tight and frothy head. Light in honey color. Refreshing, exhilarating fresh strawberry aromas with a subtle funk on the nose. Pleasurable, feather-like mouthfeel with highlights of sweet and juicy strawberry followed by slight barnyard and a moderate approachable sour finish. Brewed with Simpson Maris Otter, Weyermann Munich, Crisp Wheat, Tettanger hops and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels and strawberries with our Flanders Yeast Blend.
