Description: Bright straw in color with a rocky and tight head. Aromas of pear, green apple, barnyard and hints of bread. Rustic, earthy and juicy mouthfeel with a bitter and acidic finish. Brewed with Castle Pilsner, East Kent Goldings & Styrian Goldings hops with a Belgian Saison yeast strain. Aged for 14 months on French Oak barrels with a little help from Brettanomyces Bruxellensis.
