Description: Our second collaboration in our semi-annual Homebrew Competition, winner Thom Novario and head brewer Evan Graham present an Abbey Style Single. Traditionally, this style is made with the intention of an everyday beer for Trappist Monks or was given to the poor. Typically so delicate, it rarely makes it out of Europe. Light, refreshing, fruity, and a slight yeast derived spiciness makes this the perfect summer beer.
