Designed to showcase the essence of a single oak barrel, all Single Cask beers are only available in the taproom. With only one standout cask to pull from for each release, these beers are our most limited. Subtle and restrained on the nose, Single Cask Quandary: Scotch presents like a quintessential barrel-aged quad (if there is such a thing), with notes of plums, figs and dates, and an underlying dry oak. Once on the palate, the barrel notes open up, finishing with a pleasant, subtle peat character. The final result is a harmonious marriage of beer and barrel.
